Towards a closer cooperation with Alconpat

Congratulations to Carmen Andrade Perdrix who was RILEM President from 2000 to 2003 and who became President of Alconpat International on 1 November 2017.
RILEM and Alconpat signed an international partnership agreement in September 2017 in Chennai, India during the RILEM Annual Week 2017. RILEM and Alconpat wish to strengthen their relations for mutual benefit.
