Dr. O. Burkan ISGOR - 2020 ACI Fellow

We are pleased to report that Dr. O. Burkan Isgor was recognized as a Fellow the of the American Concrete Institute (ACI). Dr. Isgor is a Professor of civil engineering and materials science at Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR. He is Chair of ACI Committee 222, Corrosion of Metals in Concrete, and a member of the RILEM committee 262-SCI - Characteristics of the steel/concrete interface and their effect on initiation of chloride-induced reinforcement corrosion. His research interests include durability of concrete, reinforcement corrosion, reactive-transport modeling of cementitious systems, and service-life modeling of concrete structures.
