New Technical Committees

The RILEM Technical Activities Committee approved the following new Technical Committees:
- MBC: Magnesia-based binders in concrete chaired by Prof. Paivo Kinnunen; Cluster A
- MMS: Modelling and experimental validation of moisture state in bulk cementitious materials and at the steel-concrete interface chaired by Dr Zhidong Zhang; Cluster B
- PHC: Performance testing of hydraulic cements chaired by Prof. Karen Scrivener; Cluster A
- UMW: Upcycling powder mineral "wastes" into cement matrices chaired by Dr Antonis Kanellopoulos; Cluster D
