Mrs. Pascale Ducornet: A Word of Farewell to RILEM

Mrs. Pascale Ducornet retired as RILEM's General Secretary after 25 years of service. Read her farewell message below in English and French:

"I loved working for the Association, and for those who ran it and directed its activities. I learned so many things, not just work. RILEM has always meant a lot for me, I will not forget all the good memories. I leave the Secretariat in the hands of Anne, Judith and Fanta. I leave happily to take care of my family and enjoy the sunsets on the Atlantic Ocean.

 "J'ai aimé travaillé pour l'association et pour ceux qui la dirigent et l'ont dirigée. J'ai appris tellement de choses, pas seulement par le travail, mais par les voyages et les rencontres qu'il a induit.  La RILEM a beaucoup compté pour moi , je n'oublierai pas tous ces bons souvenirs, soyez-en sûr.

Je laisse les clés du secrétariat à Anne, Judith et Fanta, je pars sereine pour m'occuper de ma famille et profiter des couchers de soleil sur l'océan Atlantique.
