Opening letter of RILEM TC
 
The RILEM Technical Committee (TC) QPA Quality and performance assurance of additively manufactured cementitious composites by advanced non-invasive techniques was established in 2024. This new open access paper in RILEM Technical Letters  outlines the objectives and scope of this newly developed TC, and it provides an overview of the current state-of- the-art on 3D concrete printing (3DCP) technology.

 
 

RYC new members
 
The RILEM Youth Council (RYC) has 2 new members! RILEM is excited to welcome the new representative for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Dr. Alina Rodionova, Magnitogorsk State Technical University, Russia, and the new representative for South Asia, Dr. Keshav Bharadwaj Ravi, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), India.

 
 

Workshop on Emerging Concrete Technologies
 
RILEM is happy to co-sponsor the Asian Concrete Federation (ACF) Workshop on Emerging Concrete Technologies, taking place on 25-27 July 2025, in Changsha, China. The workshop celebrates the 20th anniversary of ACF! It aims to foster collaborations among researchers, engineers, and industry professionals, share cutting-edge knowledge, and enhance the understanding of emerging concrete technologies.

 
 

CSC²I
 
The registration deadline for the RILEM EAC course Corrosion Science & Corrosion Control for Infrastructure (CSC²I) is 1st May 2025! The course will take place on 23-26 June 2025 in Delft, The Netherlands. For an optimum execution of the hands-on sessions in the laboratory, places are limited. Hurry up to register!

 
 

CARRS
 
RILEM is happy to co-sponsor the 2nd International Conference on Condition Assessment Rehabilitation & Retrofitting of Structures (CARRS), to be held in Roorkee, India, on 11-13 December 2025. CARRS is designed to be a knowledge exchange platform and cater to the highly interdisciplinary area of condition assessment and strengthening of civil infrastructure.
