RILEM TC 280-CBE paper
 
Recommendation of RILEM TC 280-CBE: test method to assess the bonding of microsurfacing mixtures using the shear bond testing (SBT) apparatus, by Sangiorgi, C., Balzano, F., Tataranni, P. et al., is a new Open Access paper published by Materials and Structures. This recommendation aims to extend the standardized use of a direct shear bond testing device to characterize the bonding performance of a designed (i.e. to be applied) or existing microsurfacing.

 
 

International Summer School: Additively Manufactured Concrete Structures
 
The pre-registration of the RILEM co-sponsored International Summer School: Additively Manufactured Concrete Structures will close on 30 April 2025! The course will take place on 14-18 July 2025 in Naples, Italy. The main goal of this Summer School is to equip participants with advanced technical skills necessary for the design and construction of structures using 3D Concrete Printing.

 
 

FIRE CONCRETE 2025
 
RILEM is happy to co-sponsor the 8th International RILEM Workshop on Concrete Behaviour due to Fire Exposure, taking place on 18-19 September 2025 in Krakow, Poland. The abstract submission deadline is 2 June 2025. This workshop will serve as a platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and innovation!
