Submission deadline of 2025 RILEM Spring Convention
 
There is still time to submit your contribution to the 2025 RILEM Spring Convention & Conference on durability of infrastructures, taking place in Mendrisio, Switzerland, on 22-28 March 2025. The organisers have extended the abstract submission deadline. Don’t miss it: 30 November 2024!

 
 

New corporate member
 
RILEM is pleased to welcome a new corporate member: the University of Oulu in Finland. Founded in 1958, it is one of the largest and most multidisciplinary universities in Finland. The Fibre and Particle Engineering research unit at the University of Oulu focuses on sustainable inorganic and bio-based materials within the framework of the circular economy and bioeconomy.

 
 

2025 RILEM Medals
 
The call for the 2025 Robert L’Hermite (for researchers younger than 40) and Gustavo Colonnetti (for researchers younger than 35) medallists is closing soon! PhD course report in Mexico
 
The report of the RILEM co-sponsored PhD course “Concrete Life Cycle – From cradle to grave”, in Monterrey, Mexico, on 14-18 October 2024, is online here! The course was a success thanks to the excellent lecturers and the perfect organization. The report is available in English and Spanish.
